Prices
Our prices are based on a combination time and mileage the bus is contracted for each tour.
However, Budget Charters reserves the right to increase our prices at any time due to fuel, vendor or other
increases.
Deposits and Credits
Upon booking, we will request the required deposit or full payment (if it is a one day tour) within 10 days of
making a verbal reservation or immediately if it is multi-day tour within 30 days.
Refund/Cancellations (written notice of cancellation is required)
One Day Tours : Full refund will be made for cancellations received 15 days prior to trips departure.
Multi-day Tours : Full refund 30 days prior to departure date. For cancellations within 30 days of
The trips departure, every effort will be made to recover monies, however most
Venues will not issue refunds.
Cancelled Tours
Budget Charters reserves the right to cancel any tour that has not reached a minimum number of
reservations. We also reserved the right to change tour pricing & itinerary in event of circumstances beyond
our control.
Gratuities
If you wish to show your appreciation toward your coach driver or tour director, gratuity may be rewarded on
a group or individual basis. Tipping is complimentary but obligatory.
Coach Seating
Seats are not assign on the coaches. However, if you are in need of special seating, you must notify the
office staff at the time of booking. Budget Charters will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on our coaches on any of our tours. Ample stops for meals and
sightseeing should accommodate smokers.
Special Pick-ups
Occasionally, special pickups can be made if scheduling and routing permits especially for groups of 10 or
more. Do not hesitate to ask, we are always willing to try to accommodate.
