Q. Where are your pickup areas? 
A. The Uniontown Mall, Brownsville Walmart, Belle Vernon Park & Ride, and the Washington Beau St. Park & Ride, Cheat Lake Park & Ride, WV. Overnight parking is at the Walmart in Uniontown, PA. Other arrangements can be made depending on routing.
NOTE: Departure locations may not be utilized on all tours.  At times there are last minute scheduling changes by management.  Every effort is made to contact the customer with these changes.  Special departure locations for groups of 10 or more may be arranged.

Q. Do you go to the local casinos?
A. Yes. We go to the following casinos:
  • Meadows Casino, Washington, PA
  • Wheeling Island Casino, Wheeling, WV
  • Rivers Casino, Pittsburgh, PA
Q. Where do you drop-off and pickup in New York City, NY?
A. We drop off and pick up at 33rd St. in New York City. It is near the Kmart & Macy’s is around the corner.

Q. When is payment due?
Payment for the one day trips is due 2 weeks before the trip departure and for overnight stay 3 weeks before the trip departure or you'll be canceled.  

Q. Is there a restroom on the bus?
A. Yes on the 56 passenger coach but not on the 29 passenger mini-coach.

Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. A deposit is required on all multi-day trips and some one-day trips. The amount does vary per trip. Final payment is due 2-3 weeks before the trip's departure, failure to make final payment may forfeit your spot on the tour.

Q. Do you cancel tours and how often?
A. We try to make every effort not to cancel the trip but ultimately we need you to encourage your friends to join you. We have certain deadlines that we need to keep and a minimum amount of people need to be signed up.  

Q. When can you sign up for a trip?
A. You can sign up at any time for a trip.  The earlier the better to get a total count as to meet our required number of patrons.
